Q: How soon will I get my syrup once my order has been placed?

A: Orders can be placed through the website anytime between Sunday and Wednesday each week. For customers living within 10 miles of my home, I will deliver to your home for free between Thursday and Saturday. Any customers living outside the delivery radius will be notified via email when their syrup is ready for pick up.
Q: I live far away. Will you mail my syrup to me?
A: I am currently researching the most cost effective way for my customers to receive their syrup through the mail and will hopefully add this as an option very soon!
Q: What are the benefits of subscribing to the Syrup of the Month?
A: Each month has a featured syrup that will be offered exclusively during that month only. Customers who subscribe to my Syrup of the Month will receive a 12 oz. bottle of that month's featured syrup at an equivalent price of just $8.25! In addition, subscribers have the ability to purchase additional bottles of that month's featured syrup at a discounted price of $9.00 per bottle ($1.00 off the regular price!)
Q: Why can't I purchase any flavor I want anytime I want?
A: In order to be as efficient as possible, I am only offering four Fan Favorites and one Featured Syrup each month. The Fan Favorites will be available all year long! Those flavors are Got Buttermilk?, Cinnamon Cream, Peanut Butter Dream, and Coconut Buttermilk.
Q: Is PayPal the only way I can pay for my syrup?
A: No! I accept payment through Venmo at SimplySyrupAZ or I can accept cash or check upon delivery as well. If you wish to pay via Venmo, cash, or check, please submit your order via email first by CLICKING HERE. Please include the following information in your email:

Q: Picking up my syrup is inconvenient. Do you have other options?
A: As of right now, I can only deliver within a 10 mile radius. In addition to possibly adding shipping service, I am also working on identifying pop-up locations around the valley where I can set up for a few hours once a month to make pick-ups more convenient for my customers living in or near those areas. Where I go will be determined by the amount of customers I have in that area. For instance, if I have a lot of customers in the Gilbert area, I will choose a central Gilbert location on a Saturday morning and let my Gilbert customers know where they can go to pick up their syrups! My goal is to make it as convenient as possible for my customers to get their hands on my yummy syrups!
Q: I am not good with computers, is there another way to place my order?

Q: What if I don't like my syrup? Can I return it to get my money back?
A: I am so confident that you will LOVE your syrup and want to come back for more that I am willing to offer a full refund if you are not satisfied with your syrup. Simply return the bottle and I will refund your money.

Q: I want more syrup! Do you offer discounts for return customers?
A: YES! If you bring a single bottle back and order another single bottle, I'll take $1.00 off my regular price of $8.00 (so $9 for a single bottle)! To be eligible for this discount, your bottle must be returned cleaned with your last name written on the bottom in Sharpie!
Q: If I re-use my syrup bottles each month, will you give me a discount?
